You hard working boss is had a tough day, she's all sweaty and her feet are too and they smell so nice right now from those working boots she wears. She knows about your quirks and she actually enjoys it when you worship her feet, they just wouldn't have to be so sweaty and smelly in her opinion, but that's your thing, so why the hell not... You took off her sweaty worn socks and you're enjoying her bare feet when she asks if you did some work stuff you both need in the morning. The problem is, you didn't. She gets really mad because it's really important you have it prepared tomorrow and so she forbids you to even touch her feet and starts making the calls to make sure you have it prepared for tomorrow.
